Consumer-controlled professional selection

Interview impressive credentials with the same hard questions.

Compare up to three candidates across DRE identity, responsible brokerage, role, relevant work, specialist boundaries, communication, and written follow-through. Titles are starting points for evidence—not a substitute for fit or scope.

01

DRE identity + responsible brokerage

Does the public DRE record match the person, license status, and responsible brokerage being presented?

02

Role, agency + compensation

Who would represent whom, and how will agency, compensation, and any referral relationship be explained in writing?

03

Relevant Greater LA work

What dated, relevant experience supports this property type, objective, area, and transaction stage—without relying on a sales slogan?

04

Diligence + specialist boundaries

Which questions will the agent handle, document, or route to an attorney, CPA, lender, inspector, architect, engineer, contractor, or other specialist?

05

Additional credential, if relevant

If another credential is presented, is its current public source located and is any separate service clearly outside the brokerage engagement unless separately agreed?

06

Communication + capacity

Can the professional explain response expectations, workload, backup coverage, language, and how your contact boundaries will be honored?

07

Written next-step discipline

Will material assumptions, unresolved questions, responsible parties, and the next decision be confirmed in writing before you rely or sign?

Boundary: This board records your own process. It does not verify a license, experience, reputation, credential, competence, availability, conflict, advice, or outcome; it creates no agency or legal, tax, financial, architectural, engineering, or contracting service. Recheck official sources and written scope before hiring or relying.

Clear before choosing

Three boundaries that protect the comparison.

Does the board select or rank a real estate professional?

No. It applies seven equal questions to three private candidate labels and records only the status you choose. It creates no score, rank, endorsement, representation, or hiring decision.

Does an attorney, CPA, architect, engineer, contractor, or financial credential mean that service is included?

No. A relevant additional credential may inform matching, but brokerage scope stays separate. Legal, tax, financial, architectural, engineering, or contracting services require their own current authority, conflicts review, scope, and agreement when applicable.

Are the names or comparison results sent with my matching request?

No. The board stays in the active browser tab and can be copied or downloaded by you. It is not saved, tracked, uploaded, or attached to the separate lead form.

Optional one-professional match

Ask LAREALTi to apply the same discipline to one introduction.

Your candidate labels, statuses, notes, and downloaded summary are not attached. Submit only your general objective, California ZIP code, timing, contact rules, and a non-sensitive question you choose to type.

Selective does not mean automatic

  • Education, experience, reputation, area, capacity, language, and relevant verified additional credentials may be considered
  • No extra LAREALTi consumer matching fee for a broader credential profile
  • Separate professional services are never included by implication
  • One identified real-estate professional initially; permission required before rerouting
