Eligibility

Before receiving requests, a professional must provide current identity, license and responsible-broker information, service areas, specialties, transaction background, contact channels, and capacity. Verification must be refreshed on a defined schedule.

Selective matching

We look beyond minimum licensing. Relevant education, transaction record, property and situation experience, local judgment, responsiveness, reputation, language, availability, and verified additional credentials may influence selection. We may decline or pause an otherwise licensed participant who does not meet the standard.

Additional professional credentials

Our network may include real estate professionals who are also attorneys, CPAs, financial professionals, architects, general contractors, civil engineers, or advanced-degree holders. We verify a credential before advertising or relying on it.

No consumer matching premium

LAREALTi does not charge the consumer an additional matching fee for selecting a professional with broader verified credentials. The professional may use that background to recognize issues and frame better real estate questions.

Credential boundary

A match does not create a separate attorney-client, accounting, financial-advisory, architectural, engineering, contracting, or other professional relationship. Separate advice, plans, opinions, bids, or services require an independent engagement, applicable licensing and disclosures, and may involve separate fees.

One-recipient rule

The launch standard is one recipient per request. A partner may not resell, forward, or add another recipient without documented consumer permission and LAREALTi approval.

Contact conduct

Partners must use the selected channel and time window first, identify themselves and their brokerage, explain why they received the request, cap attempts, and honor stop, deletion, and suppression requests promptly.

Fit before payment

Geography, situation, property type, language, education, experience, availability, licensing context, and demonstrated consumer experience come before the amount a partner is willing to pay.

Quality controls

Acceptance, response time, appointment outcome, consumer feedback, complaints, opt-outs, and invalid-lead reasons should be documented. Repeated noncompliance results in pause or removal.
