Your goal, area, timing, complexity, and contact preference form the match brief. We collect no payment, Social Security number, or financial documents in the initial request.
2. We evaluate more than minimum eligibility
We do not treat every real estate license as interchangeable. We consider service area, transaction and property experience, education, local judgment, responsiveness, reputation, availability, responsible-broker context, and any additional credential relevant to the problem.
3. The match may bring another professional background
When appropriate and available, the selected real estate professional may also be an attorney, CPA, financial professional, architect, general contractor, civil engineer, or holder of an advanced degree. We verify a credential before relying on it in a match.
4. No extra LAREALTi matching fee for broader credentials
LAREALTi does not charge the consumer an extra matching fee because a selected professional has relevant education or another verified credential. That broader perspective may help the professional recognize issues and ask better questions within the real estate conversation.
5. One professional receives the request
Our launch standard is exclusive delivery to one professional. The professional must identify the responsible brokerage and respect the channel and time window you selected.
6. You stay in control
If the first match declines or cannot respond, we ask before sending your information to anyone else. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time.
How we may be paid
LAREALTi may receive a fixed marketing or lead fee from a participating professional. Licensed referral compensation, when used, must be handled through the responsible licensed parties and a lawful written agreement. Compensation can create an incentive; that is why it is disclosed and never replaces fit criteria.
LAREALTi is not a brokerage and does not perform licensed real estate services through this website. Credentials and availability vary by request. An additional credential does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, architectural, engineering, or contracting services through the match. Any separate service requires a separate engagement and may involve separate fees.
